DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct client interviews and business analysis to identify operational pain points Design customized solutions aligned with client workflows and business objectives Collaborate with the sales team to deliver persuasive solution proposals and value presentations Deliver professional presentations and proposals to first-line managers and key decision-makers Coordinate cross-functional resources (product, consulting, technical teams) to support solution delivery
REQUIREMENT

7+ years of experience in enterprise software solutions, consulting, or presales roles Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing or financial services Solid understanding of business processes and ability to uncover customer needs Excellent presentation and communication skills with experience engaging managerial-level clients Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage internal coordination across teams
