DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

* Communicate directly with clients to understand reported issues, then relay them clearly and technically to the development team. * Write and manage test case scenarios (SIT & UAT) based on project requirements. * Conduct thorough manual testing for both mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications. * Use project management tools like Jira or Active Collab to organize tasks and bug tracking. * Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and PMs to maintain product quality. * Provide clear and structured bug reports and feedback. * Testing and support after “golive” * Create admin manual / user guide documentation * Training client’s administrator base on admin manual documentation
REQUIREMENT

* Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and/or automated software testing * Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC) * Experience in QA for both mobile and web development projects. * Ability to write and execute detailed test scripts. * Familiarity with tools like Jira or Active Collab. * Strong communication skills to engage with clients and explain issues technically to developers. * High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
