Talent Management Program Design
Design, implement, and continuously improve talent management programs that align with organizational goals and support employee development and retention.
Possess in-depth knowledge of strategies for identifying, assessing, and developing High Potential (HiPo) employees to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
Understand and manage talent pipeline strategies and succession mapping processes to ensure readiness for key roles and minimize leadership gaps.
Responsible for implementing the annual employee performance appraisal process.
Manage end-to-end process of employee promotions and transfers at both head office and store levels.
Possess a strong understanding of assessment mechanisms.
Organizational Transformation
Able to diagnose organizational culture issues.
Has a strong conceptual understanding of cultural interventions and change communication.
Capable of measuring the effectiveness of change.
Workload Analysis & Job Descriptions
Possesses in-depth knowledge of Workload Analysis methodology and Job Description development
Has experience in conducting Job Description Review & Improvement
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; Master’s degree in Psychology is preferred
Strong understanding of talent management frameworks, including talent reviews, HiPo identification, and succession planning.
Familiarity with competency modeling, career pathing, and leadership development programs.
Ability to analyze talent data and generate actionable insights.
Understands Organizational Development (OD)
Effective in both spoken and written English.
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and related business and communication tools.
