DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance Participate in the month-end close process and reconciliation of accounts Assist with the preparation of audit files and support external audits as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data and guidance for business decision-making Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies Provide support in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Assist in the implementation of financial and accounting systems and processes Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial reporting and analysis tools
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-national environment Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
