DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Managing enterprise-grade wireless networks (WiFi), including controller-based architectures, with the ability to troubleshoot signal strength, coverage gaps, and connectivity issues to ensure stable and secure wireless performance. · Implementing and managing network access control, segmentation, and firewall configurations (e.g., Cisco ASA, Fortinet). · Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) and enforcement of enterprise security policies to safeguard network integrity and mitigate threats. . Tracing and resolving complex network issues across the full stack, including but not limited to packet loss, network latency, misconfigurations, and hardware faults · Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including network topology diagrams, configuration files, change logs, and technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
REQUIREMENT

· Min. bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT/Computer Systems/Cimputer Engineering/related filed · Certification: must have CCNA and CCNP · Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, core routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN environments, Voice Gateways, and enterprise wireless networks. · Minimum 5 years of experience required for team lead roles, with demonstrated ability in leading network operations, handling escalations, and ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of the network environment. · Proficient in using network monitoring and management tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, NetFlow, Grafana, Manage Engine, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), Syslog, Cisco ThousandEyes, and Wireshark · Deep understanding of core networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and NAT · Strong verbal and written communication in English; capable of coordinating effectively with vendors, partners and cross-functional technical teams.
