DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage office facilities and ensure smooth daily operations. Perform maintenance and upkeep of company assets and warehouse facilities. Coordinate with building management & vendors. Maintain records of procurement transactions, goods and assets inventory, and facility expenses. Support company events, meetings, and other operational needs. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Handle HR-related queries and provide support to employees on HRGA matters. Assist in the development and implementation of HRGA programs and initiatives Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HRGA staff.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in HRGA is preferred. Familiar with HR administrative processes and GA functions. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and trustworthy in handling confidential data. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement Able to work under pressure and deadlines Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
