REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and cost optimisation strategies Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships Proficient in data analysis and the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) / SAP systems to generate reports and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field About the role As the Purchasing Supervisor at PT Kartika Sari Indonesia, you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's procurement and inventory management processes.
