REQUIREMENT

Min education is Bachelor preferably from Psychology with good GPA Experience 2-3 years as Recruitment Specialist in manufacture. Preferably in cosmetics industries. Able to conduct and familiar with psychological tools (instruction, scoring, interpret) Familiar to handle fast recruitment Having networking to search candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Job Portal (Jobstreet, Glints or others) Familiar with the trends of recruitment Fluent in English a value plus Excellent in personal and communication skills Familiar with MS. Excell report
