REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or compliance role, preferably within a large organization Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and legal/regulatory requirements for public companies Excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Proficient in MS Office suite and experience with corporate secretarial software Interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization Tertiary qualification in law, business administration or a related field Knowledge of Indonesian company law and regulations is highly desirable
