DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan and monitor daily production schedules and output. Read and interpret geometrical drawings and dimension tolerances. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow. Oversea manpower allocation and machine utilization. Ensure production meet quality standards and deadlines. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Manage and ensure the production KPI target are met. To meet regularly with production teams and managers to analyze any problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products. To conduct any ad-hoc tasks request from the Top Management at any time.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma, Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment (precision manufacturing preferred) Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient in reading technical drawings and performing hands-on work using tools and equipment.
