DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor, measure, and improve daily warehouse operations to ensure we hit performance and productivity goals. Evaluate inventory management practices and support accuracy across the supply chain. Use data analytics to assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that boost our operational performance. Act as a bridge between operations and management—translating numbers into actionable strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (like merchandising, planning, and store operations) and external partners to drive retail logistics excellence.
REQUIREMENT

2–3 years of experience in warehouse and supply chain operations, ideally in the retail industry. Hands-on experience with SAP; exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a strong plus. Solid skills in data analysis and interpretation—you know how to turn spreadsheets into strategies. Comfortable with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level or higher.
