DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and ensure production operations achieve set targets Provide feedback on quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining good housekeeping Ensure the safe and proper use of plant equipment Prepare and update daily and monthly performance reports Enforce strict safety guidelines and adhere to company standards Perform other assigned duties to support production efficiency
REQUIREMENT

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field Preferably experienced in precast elements and concrete production Specialization in precast batching operations Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
