DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the branch's client base and revenue Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the local market Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and responsive service Manage the branch's budget and financial performance Represent the branch at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in a sales management or branch management role, preferably within the automotive and transportations industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to drive business growth Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to inform business decisions Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience Placement: Willing to be placed at one of the following branches: Medan, Makassar, or Manado About the role Our valuable client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead one of their branch located in Medan / Makassar / Manado. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time role based in their Medan / Makassar / Manado office.
