DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Review Monthly and Annual Tax Report ( All Taxes ) (Tax Article 21/26, Tax Article 23/26, Tax Article 4(2) Final Tax, VAT, and also Local Tax)
2. Review and Prepare the annual tax calculation (Corporate Income Tax Return, Annual Employee Income Tax Return, Annual Individual Income Tax Return)
3. Maintain Company Daily Transaction related to Tax
4. Liaising with 3rd Parties in taxation matters including Tax Officer, External Auditors and Business Partner ( Handle Tax Audit ( SP2DK , Pemeriksaan Pajak )
5. Advising Tax Planning Strategies
6. Tax Reconciliation between Tax Report and General Leger ( Monthly and Yearly )
7. Update Tax Regulation to Management
8. Ensure compliance of Tax Regulation
REQUIREMENT
1. Have excellent knowledge of tax regulations and laws in Indonesia 2. Having USKP certifications A & B 3. Good Command in English ( Speaking and Written ) 4. Minimum 3 Years of Taxation Experience in a Tax Consulting Firm will be Preferable - Manager 5. Bachelor or master degree in Accounting/ Taxation
