DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Onboarding new suppliers and vendors Getting the suppliers/vendors to fulfill the Purchase Requisition submitted by the internal team on time Making professional documentation of all cost reductions Liaising with the inbound team on the delivery process Liaising with the legal team on the proper contracting process Liaising with the internal team: get product knowledge, educate the team on procurement and purchasing process Vendor management
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree, English is Must. and have skill Mandarin will be plus Proven work experience for at least 2-3 years as Purchasing Staff Honest, positive-minded, has a growth and profitability mindset Preferably have experience with Procurement Tools (Procurement Suite, ERP, Contract Management tool, etc.) Preferably have experience dealing with vendors, understanding the basic regulations Good communication and negotiating skills
