Present HVAC products to corporate clients Expand the market in Semarang areas Promote HVAC products to B2B/corporate clients Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and dealers Provide effective technical solutions tailored to client needs Plan optimal sales strategies based on channel analysis (accounts, districts, products) Build trust and teamwork with channel accounts to maximize revenue and profit Execute sales strategies to meet targets through close cooperation with channel partners
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) At least 3 years of experience in B2B HVAC sales Familiar with handling large-scale projects or tenders Basic understanding of Mechanical systems, Cooling/Refrigeration, and Electrical Industry Active, confident, and effective communicator Independent and self-assured personality Strong team collaboration skills Able to work under pressure
