Professionally handle the incoming requests from customer and ensure that the customer complaints are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Provide quality service
Record all product that need to be serviced and inform customer once it done
Update status daily service report
Coordinate with vendors in relation with product repair
Handle issues in the best interest of both company and customer
Responsible for generating report as related to customer service daily activities
Prepare & managing reports subject to free spare part/free product as well as guarantee and claim
Maintaining spare part stock
Stock & grouping spare part
Willing to work six days in a week & one day off in a week.
REQUIREMENT
Min. Diploma degree at any field
Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Excel
Customer oriented
Good planning and organizing capability and work on priority and systematic approach
Sensitive to timeline and deliverables
