DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Functional support for Payroll Application and month end payroll processing support. Regular interaction with users and identify any gaps, both application and user understanding. Discuss the process/ application gaps with all concerned departments and ensure the solution addresses these requirements. Provide support for major payroll modules like HR, Payment Processing, account charging. Work closely with the Technical team to provide tech solutions as per requirements from users/ management. Assist to ensure, that the Worker Payroll Application modules are utilized to its optimum potential by the respective user departments, process owners. Bring in new innovations which may enhance the experience of the users. Optimize the overall data entry to data processing processes. Implementation and rollout of new changes/ enhancements.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Finance. Minimum Experience of 5 to 7 years of working in Palm Oil Plantation Companies. Detailed understanding of Plantation Operations and Finance. Exposure to digitisation of Plantations will be added advantage. Detailed understanding of worker payroll processing in any payroll application. Detailed knowledge of chart of accounts and account charging done for payroll. Striving for Excellence and team Player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Focused on handling of user queries. Good analytical skills and ability to adapt to new technologies. Professionalism and commitment.
