DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Providing daily IT Infrastructure/Operations support covering systems software, networks, servers, and end-user terminals through IT Helpdesk, Remote and Onsite Support.
You will be expected to either station at client’s office or travel to 2 or more site each day.
Plan, lead and hands-on implementation in deployment of systems and network infrastructure projects for Customers.
Configure and maintain Customer’s server hardware and virtual machines (on-premises and cloud), storage appliances and network equipment like Routers/Firewalls/Switches/VPN/Wireless etc.
Assist in the development of infrastructure designs for IT services based on technical requirements and standard IT offerings.
Support and execute pro-active improvements by assessing past problems and current weaknesses in the existing system and/or infrastructure.
Involved in applying formal change management, incident management, and problem management process.
Provide administrative support in checklists/reports
Other ad-hoc assigned duties
REQUIREMENT
Academic qualification in Information Technology or any relevant discipline.
Hands-on experience with Windows environment
Possession of Microsoft-related certificates or other technical qualifications is an advantage
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent and able to work with all levels of personnel
Able to work within tight timelines with good prioritization skills
Good analytical and problem-solving
Familiar with Aruba/ Alcatel ClearPass
