DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Negotiate and secure favourable terms with international suppliers Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, order placement, and follow-up Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials from international vendors Identify and evaluate new potential suppliers to expand the company's global supply chain Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective procurement strategies Monitor and analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve process efficiency Maintain accurate records and documentation to support financial and regulatory compliance
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in international purchasing or procurement, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers Proficient in contract management, logistics coordination, and inventory control Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Fluency in English & Mandarin, both written and verbal, is essential Familiarity with relevant international trade regulations and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
