DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor, support, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, and internet connectivity across sites. Manage and maintain network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers). Respond to and resolve escalated incidents and service requests in a timely manner. Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues. Configure and maintain network security policies, including VPNs, ACLs, and firewall rules. Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades, expansions, and migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and external vendors. Create and maintain accurate network diagrams, documentation, and SOPs. Implement and monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field of study with a enterprise networking focus Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. Hands-on experience on one or more of the following: Huawei Switches/Routers Aruba switches Palo Alto, Fortigate, Sonicwall firewalls F5 load balancers Working with local WAN link providers like TMB and Time. Aruba Wireless Access Points Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, VPN, LAN, and WAN links. Good knowledge of application/network protocols used in an enterprise network Ability to create accurate documentation, including network diagrams and design/planning documents. Act as an SME for network technology Secondary ability to perform server system administration (Windows and/or Linux) is a strong Plus Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources. Good communication skills, written and spoken Good analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to visualise and plan troubleshooting steps. Ability to work collaboratively with other parties towards a common goal
