DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client contacts Understand client needs and objectives, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and an exceptional client experience Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell additional products and services Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and client activity Contribute to the development of account plans and overall business strategy Willing to move and to be placed around East Java Area
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record and experienced in Sales SPV in Smartphone/Electronics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to overcome objections Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans Capability to speak in English is a MUST and Mandarin will be a plus
