DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and other related tasks. Develop and implement human resource planning in accordance with the company's strategic development needs. Establish and improve human resource management systems and processes, and oversee their implementation. Manage employee recruitment, interviews, hiring, onboarding, resignations, and other related procedures. Organize and conduct employee training programs to enhance professional skills and overall competency. Oversee employee relationship management, including handling complaints and labor disputes. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENT

Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken is a must A diploma degree or higher in human resource management or a related field is preferred. Candidates with human resources experience are preferred. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in using office software.
