DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with Brand and In-Field Team to synthesize insights and identify target segments. Develop and propose strategic objectives for brand positioning to ensure patient-centricity. Guide the design and implementation of marketing activities including innovative marketing tactics and partnerships. Ensure alignment of in-field materials and strategies with brand objectives. Lead the development of marketing inputs to the Strategic Brand Plan and coordinate the Long Range Plan. Monitor brand KPIs, manage budget, and track ROIs for marketing activities. Support the Brand Team with a shared vision and take responsibility for team activities and processes.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree or above At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing; less than 10 years working experience with potential mobility will be idea Proven success in the pharmaceutical industry marketing Ability to translate strategies into actionable marketing actions Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams Solid working knowledge of the healthcare environment Knowledge of marketing principles, digital knowledge, and finance principles English proficiency in verbal and writing Company Description AbbVie's mission is to discover and deliver innovative medicines and solutions that solve serious health issues today and address the medical challenges of tomorrow.
