DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful management reports analyzing business unit performance. Monitor spending activities to ensure strict adherence to budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and the management team to facilitate financial decision-making processes. Manage control and provide decision support for Profit and Loss (P&L) lines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Liaise with other departments and headquarters for corporate planning and monitoring to achieve financial objectives. Provide timely and professional financial support to meet business targets effectively.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree or higher Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG company Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles. Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools and MS Excel. Overseas export compliance inspection experience Fluent in English (spoken and written) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
