DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Execute and finalise procurement strategies for the organisation.
Facilitating communication between the users and negotiation with suppliers to obtain the best products at the best prices and best terms within the agreed delivery period.
Implement purchasing and supplier related contract management instructions, policies and procedures are in accordance with Group Guidelines and to ensure that all procurement activities are within the framework.
Price negotiation with supplier.
Prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
Check and review supplier related contracts according to company guidelines and contract administration.
Effective usage and support of SAP and other procurement tools such user training and implementation.
Ensure that all relevant approvals are obtained before any commitments are made to the suppliers.
Support Purchasing Manager on any other projects which may be required from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in any major
Fluent in English
Work Experience:
At least 4 - 6 years of experience in a related position (Experience in a relevant industry is a plus).
Problem-Solving Skills: Able to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
Communication Skills: Good communication abilities, both within the organization and with clients.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using basic software like MS Office and industry-specific tools.
