DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

(1). Deeply understand the business scenarios of carrier or medium-sized enterprises, cooperate with the IT, application architecture and personnel of the enterprise, sort out and analyze the existing IT architecture of the customers. (2). Based on Huawei's cloud product and solution capabilities for demand analysis, solution design, solution presentation, Professional service delivery and traditional IT to cloud architect design for Huawei Cloud projects. (3). Be able to follow the technical trend of the cloud, AI, IoT etc. technologies (4) . Deep understanding of the major cloud competitor’s, AWS, Azure, etc., key technology and solutions and services. (5) . Provide feedback on problems in customer management and post-sales service systems and implement systematized, continuous improvements. (6) Regularly communicate with major customers (on-site or remotely) to ensure that users use the healthy and stable operation of the cloud business to enhance the customer experience.
REQUIREMENT

(1) Minimum bachelor's degree in telecommunication engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or other ICT related majors (2) At least 5 years product/solution Sales hands-on experience in ICT industry, especially enterprise business field (3) English is a must, Chinese language ability is preferred (4) Familiar with cloud and carrier network architectures (5) Be familiar with the customer network composition and status quo in the financial industry and advantages and disadvantages of mainstream vendors (6) Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Good Communication and Negotiation skills (7) Strong communication, networking, collaboration and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships of trust with a wide range of individuals and organizations (8) Understand the local industry ecosystem and have certain influence in the industry. (9) Project operation capability: Be able to promote lead generation in projects, effectively convert leads into opportunities, develop solution strategies, implement solutions, and achieve project success. (10) Transaction management capability: Be able to develop effective commercial strategies, manage prices, and achieve project profit targets
