DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in overseeing manufacturing processes and ensuring that production runs efficiently, safely and within quality standards.
Work closely with quality assurance team to ensure that products meet specified standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular quality inspection (in-coming, in process and outgoing) and implement corrective actions (if necessary) to improve product quality.
Implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Assist in monitoring production processes and equipment to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve production issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
