DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while managing customer accounts. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies. Deliver regular sales reports and analyses to leadership. Contribute to business growth and success. Execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet targets. Review sales figures and adapt strategies as needed. Participate in ad hoc assignments as required.
REQUIREMENT

Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field. 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG or F&B with Key Account experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in computer literacy. Outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Team player with a positive attitude; knowledge of Account & Relationship Management preferred. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Sales Officer role.
