DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Territory Oversight: Manage the performance of Medical Representatives within a specific area (East Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi). Plan and oversee the execution of promotional activities and sales initiatives in the territory. Team Support: Conduct regular field visits to support and guide Medical Representatives. Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Sales Monitoring: Monitor individual and team sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure timely reporting of sales data, market feedback, and competitor activity. Operational Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability. Work with marketing teams to implement area-specific promotional campaigns.
REQUIREMENT

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field. Experience: At least 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in diabetes drug. Preferrably from multinational pharmaceutical companies. (1-2 years in a supervisory role is preferred). Experience managing a team of medical representatives and achieving area-specific sales targets. Strong knowledge of local healthcare market dynamics and customer needs. Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with territory management and planning tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area (East Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi). Will be based in Surabaya.
