REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. 5 or more years' experience (operational or vendor) in manufacturing industries Proven understanding of the business drivers, and manufacturing processes and industry best practices across various industries. Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to customers and internal teams. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across functions. Proven track record in dealing with complex global organizations. Excellent inter-departmental communication skills both verbal and written. The ability to manage complex, multi-month projects and personnel. Proven track record in developing required training and presentation material content. Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environments Knowledge of industrial standards ( UL 508, IEC 61439) Familiarity with industrial software applications and data analysis tools Ability to break down a production process and review data from the process and quality data to determine value areas in the process. You will have a technical background in automation technologies, specifically expertise with Rockwell Automation's products such as PowerFlex series drives, MCC (Motor Control Center).
