REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at a least Bachelor’s Degree. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a Sales Manager. • Experience in B2B sales in Chemical, Agriculture or general industry. • Highly Motivated and Have Initiative. • Fluent in English and proficient in literacy. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively with management, customers, colleagues, and lower-level staffs. • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. • Have soft skills such as selling skills, negotiation, responsibility, hard work, and, good relationships. • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically, and Analytical thinking skills. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. • Must have a driver's license (SIM A). • Excellent in computer literacy.
