DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to achieve distributors sales target (sell in & sell out) Responsible for product distribution sales target Responsible for distributor collection to principal Ensuring that the sales strategies plans well executed Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics Provide sales expertise, data, and distributors process improvements
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field Must have minimum 1 year experience in FMCG industry with the same position Must have experience in personal care or beauty and cosmetic industry Demonstrated and proven sales result Rule East Java Area and its surroundings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent negotiation and closing skills
