DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Drive sell-out and sell-through performance while overseeing regional strategy, HR, branding, sales programs, and stock management. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, and local stakeholders. - Lead cross-functional collaboration to support marketing, HR, operations, and logistics in the region. - Provide data-backed strategic input to internal teams and resolve operational challenges swiftly. - Champion business growth by turning insights into action and targets into achievements.
REQUIREMENT

- Proven track record as a Regional or Area Sales Manager/Supervisor in the smartphone or electronics industry. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in market and competitor analysis, sales forecasting, and team performance tracking. - A strategic thinker who’s also hands-on and execution-focused. - Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus). - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
