DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Respond to customer queries via e-mail and live chat in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
REQUIREMENT

• Native or fluent in Thai (spoken and written). • Good command of English for internal communication. • Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory. • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented. • Willing to relocate to Jogjakarta, Indonesia.
