DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide service to customers’ inquiries Understand product usage and features Resolves customer queries and complaints by clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve their problem and following up with them to check resolution of the problem Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal teams as needed
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field Fresh graduates are welcome Preferably non-management & non-supervisor, specializing in customer service or equivalent. Patient and calm personality, strong people skills and good problem solving ability. Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge about customer service solutions like Freshdesk, Freshchat and Freshcaller would be preferable. Conversational ability in English is preferable. Ready to be assigned on a shifting work schedule (day/night), weekend and public holidays
