DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop an annual audit plan grounded on risk assessments, prior audit findings, and requests from management and the Audit Committee. Oversee and direct the entire audit engagement process, encompassing planning, testing, and reporting, in strict adherence to Internal Audit methodologies. Ensure the existence and maintenance of comprehensive procedures for all corporate business processes, compliant with corporate quality standards and aligned with industry best practices. Conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent activities within the organization as requested by management or reported through the whistleblower system. Execute recommendations and feedback from management aimed at enhancing business process efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain all audit findings and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation diligently, and perform thorough reviews of all audit reports prior to submission to management. Guarantee the proper management and compliance of Corporate ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management) standards.
REQUIREMENT

A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university. A minimum of six (6) years of professional audit experience, including at least two (2) years in a managerial capacity. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices, business process automation, relevant regulations, and industry best practices. Demonstrated expertise in internal controls, business operations, risk management, and continuous process improvement. Comprehensive understanding of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards and advanced risk management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, presentation software, and relevant enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, and Accurate.
