DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and analyze COGS and COGM reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Monitor and manage inventory movements, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Coordinate periodic and year-end physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy of cost structures. Validate and update product costing based on BOM, routing, and overhead absorption. Work closely with factory, operations, and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and material costing. Investigate and resolve inventory variances and cost discrepancies. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to manufacturing costs. Ensure compliance with internal control policies and accounting standards.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cost accounting and inventory control. Experiences within a manufacturing environment would be a strong plus. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, COGM, COGS, and inventory accounting. Experience in working with and designing Bill of Materials (BOM). Ability to communicate in English would be a huge advantage. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or others). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Willing and available to join immediately.
