DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support. Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards. Take ownership of technical challenges and problem-so Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
REQUIREMENT

1-3 years of experience software development. Experienced in Banking Industry is preferable Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, Experience with software design patterns and architectural principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical Strong communication and leadership ability Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
