DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and enhance core system applications based on approved designs. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system bugs and issues efficiently. Provide technical support for daily, monthly, and annual core system operations. Collaborate with regional teams, head office, and external vendors on assigned projects. Ensure optimal system performance to support IT department and company goals.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 4-5 years in system development, application maintenance, or a related role. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in programming and database management. - Experience with IBMi, COBOL, and SQL programming. - Understanding of client-server architecture and enterprise application development. Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and optimize system performance. Ability to work under pressure, independently or with minimal supervision. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL methodologies. Additional Advantages: - Knowledge of general insurance business processes. - Familiarity with SMART and/or Policy Asia platforms. - Experience with VBA scripting, MS 365 macros, and other programming languages.
