Market Development:
Formulate and execute sales strategies in Indonesia for products such as cocoa powder, fruit-based products, popping boba, egg tarts, baking syrups, and flavored premixes, with a focus on large industrial clients, bakery and food service chains, and coffee shop chains. Develop new clients and sales channels to increase market share. Establish extensive business connections and explore business opportunities by attending industry exhibitions and visiting potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Possess strong business development capabilities; responsible for establishing long-term and stable partnerships with food service chain clients in Indonesia. Gain deep insight into client needs, respond promptly to inquiries and feedback, and provide high-quality pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular follow-ups, collect client feedback, and promote product and service improvements.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet sales performance targets set by the company by developing detailed sales plans and objectives, allocating sales resources effectively, and ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled. Analyze sales data, summarize experiences, and continuously adjust strategies to improve sales efficiency.
Market Intelligence Gathering:
Monitor the latest developments in Indonesia's bakery and food service chain industry, competitor activities, and market trends. Regularly report collected market information to support company decisions on product development and marketing. Analyze competitors’ product features, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to propose targeted competitive strategies.
Sales Team Collaboration:
Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal departments such as R&D, production, and logistics to ensure smooth supply, quality assurance, and delivery processes. Work together to solve customer issues and promote successful business development. Participate in cross-departmental meetings and coordinate resources to ensure smooth sales operations.
REQUIREMENT
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of sales experience, with over 3 years in food service chain sales. Candidates familiar with Indonesia's bakery and food service chain market are preferred. Must understand local sales channels, customer demographics, and consumer habits.
Professional Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills; able to independently handle client development and sales. Familiar with sales processes and data analysis, and capable of formulating effective sales strategies based on data. Able to use data analysis tools for in-depth insights.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Must have good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for smooth communication with local clients. Capable of conducting business negotiations and writing reports in Indonesian and English.
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the bakery industry, including product features, application scenarios, and market conditions for items such as cocoa powder and egg tarts. Familiar with the operating models and purchasing needs of bakery food service chains. Knowledge of baking processes and raw material characteristics is also important.
General Competencies:
Strong market development ability, customer service awareness, and team spirit. Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to travel and actively explore new markets.
