REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT security operations with a focus on antivirus and endpoint security. Proven knowledge of security domains, especially Endpoint Protection and EDR. In-depth expertise in tools like Symantec Endpoint Protection, McAfee, Windows Defender, and SentinelOne. Experience in managing endpoint protection in large enterprise environments (financial sector preferred). Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience in process-oriented environments. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced production setting. Excellent communication (oral and written) and documentation skills. Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Regular Expressions is a plus. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.
