DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure steady flow of production activities, produce the right product, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time based on customer’s requirements.
Ensure optimal machine and people utilization.
Oversee the Production Department’s scheduling, production control, inventory control and output.
Motivate and train operators and technicians to develop a cohesive production team.
Initiate, recommend, investigate, trouble-shoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformitie relating to the products, process and quality system.
Develops and implements new procedures and responds to changes.
Responsible for the Production operators’ discipline and attendance.
REQUIREMENT
Preferably holders of Diploma or above in engineering
Experience
Preferably 3 years in manufacturing environment with 2 years in supervisory level.
An experience that matters: your skills
Result-orientated and team worker.
Good supervisory and interpersonal skill.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
