DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to resolve end-user requests and queries related to various technology issues. Offer support for end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, and other company equipment.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of related working experience. Experience with Networking, Network security, and User support. Experience in Microsoft SQL databases. Experience in Microsoft Office 365. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
