REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. More than 5 years of experience as Warehouse/Operations Manager in a logistics company. Competent in Strategic Planning and Budget Control. Strong ability to multi-task. Ability to lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and developing employees. Ability in planning and organizing warehouse operations to achieve optimal efficiency. Ability to make quick and appropriate decisions to overcome operational challenges that arise in the warehouse. Ability to communicate well with various parties, including operational teams, other departments, as well as vendors and customers. Good analytical skills to identify problems in logistics and warehouse management processes and formulate practical solutions. Ability to work with details and ensure data accuracy in stock management. Have a strong leadership attitude and able to guide the team in achieving the set targets. Good work ethics, punctual, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
