DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process and corporate partnerships Business Development: Develop media sales campaigns and execute effective business strategies Client Relations: Maintain excellent client service experience and identify opportunity to acquire potential clients across different platforms both online and offline through email, chat, call and any other communication channels Sales Strategy: Execute market research and identify selling opportunities and evaluate client needs of the target market. Ensure competitiveness of the product/services, promotion and pricing. In depth understanding of business objectives, products and services to discover the target market. Sales Data and Reporting: Prepare necessary reviews, reports, manuals and other documentation related to sales activities Collaborate with Team: Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5+ years’ experience in advertising, media and relevant sales management roles Proven track record translating partnerships into results for advertisers Significant experience in digital advertising sales, understanding and delivering direct and programmatic sales Established relationships with key client contacts within the market Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to initiate change and motivate team to produce innovative and creative results Ability to perform at a high level even when faced with unexpected changes; creative problem solver in dealing with difficult or unexpected challenges Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strategic thinker, creative problem solver, resourceful Experience working within the lifestyle-based media industry Exceptional ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships.
