DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Present HVAC products to corporate clients - Expand the market in Semarang areas - Promote HVAC products to B2B/corporate clients - Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and dealers - Provide effective technical solutions tailored to client needs - Plan optimal sales strategies based on channel analysis (accounts, districts, products) - Build trust and teamwork with channel accounts to maximize revenue and profit - Execute sales strategies to meet targets through close cooperation with channel partners
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) At least 3 years of experience in B2B HVAC sales Familiar with handling large-scale projects or tenders Basic understanding of Mechanical systems, Cooling/Refrigeration, and Electrical Industry Active, confident, and effective communicator Independent and self-assured personality Strong team collaboration skills Able to work under pressure
