Analyze and communicate financial data, influencing decision-making to achieve targets. Lead and support the Finance & Accounting Department, fostering a high-performance culture within the values of the organization. Set annual objectives for the team and conduct performance reviews. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures to ensure fiscal accountability. Ensure accurate financial performance monitoring and risk mitigation. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports and analysis to assess the financial performance. Review and validate monthly financial reports and provide guidance to improve accuracy on a timely basis. Manage the budgeting process, ensure compliance with internal controls and coordinate financial audits. Develop and oversee tax strategies and plans to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Alert Management to any irregularities, financial concerns and non-compliance items. Monitor the development and implementation of the accounting systems and controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data. Liaise with dedicated teams per streams (AR/AP/Collection/CC/GL) in Shared Service Centers. Be involved in SOPs implementation and Target Operating Model compliance. Ensure the KPls follow-up and suggest corrective actions in case of deviation — Challenge outsourced teams in SSC. Maintain and build relationships with external auditors, bankers and other financial institutions, as well as Group finance partners (Regional office & Head office) and internal teams in Indonesia. Any other assignment as and when assigned by the direct superior.
