DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

A description explaining the purpose/reason for the creation of the position, and the contribution of the position. Answering the question 'Why is the position needed?' An IoT Backend Engineer designs, develops, and maintains the backend systems for Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. They ensure the smooth and efficient communication and data processing between IoT devices, applications, and cloud platforms. This includes developing and maintaining server-side applications, databases, and APIs that power IoT devices and applications.
REQUIREMENT

Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in backend languages like Java, Python, Go, or C#. Databases: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. IoT Protocols: Understanding of IoT communication protocols like MQTT, CoAP, and others. Networking: Knowledge of network protocols and concepts. Software Development Life Cycle: Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and best practices. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other teams. Bonus: Socket Programming for communication programming between IOT devices.
