DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation sector.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective customers.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Provide accurate and timely quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
Implementing applicable SOPs and Work Instructions in accordance with the Integrated QHSE Management System, including identifying and following up on potential issues
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a customer-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
